Creator Terms

Last updated: 10/10/2026 · supplement the Terms of Use

1. Publishing

Publishing courses is free. You provide title, category, list price (free, €4.99 or €12.99), the spoken language of the course and each lesson, and the videos.

2. How you are paid

The list price is only what learners see. Each month: Pool = Total revenue × (1 − platform share); the platform share is currently 30%. Each view has a weight: 0 if under 10% watched; 1.0 if ≥ 90% (complete); proportional to the percentage otherwise. Earnings = Pool × (your total weight ÷ everyone’s total weight). Your own views do not count, and at most one view per learner/lesson/day counts. Parameters may be adjusted with 30 days’ notice.

There is no guaranteed minimum income. Dashboard figures are estimates until the month closes. Actual creator payouts (method, thresholds, invoicing and taxes) are not active yet and will be defined before any payment.

3. Ownership and content licence

You keep ownership of your content. You grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, auto-caption/translate and promote it while published, and for a reasonable period after removal for learners who bought it. You warrant you hold all rights (including third-party music, images and videos) and, when embedding others’ videos, that you are allowed to monetise them.

4. Prohibited content

  • Content infringing copyright or trademarks, or not yours without a licence.
  • Illegal, hateful, harassing, graphically violent or sexually explicit content, or content involving minors.
  • Dangerous misinformation (health, finance) or instructions for illegal/dangerous activities.
  • Scams, guaranteed-income promises, spam or misleading advertising.
  • View or review manipulation (bots, fake accounts, view exchanges).

5. Moderation

We may unpublish content and withhold earnings tied to violations or fraudulent views, after review and with a right to respond.

6. Leaving

You can unpublish courses at any time; learners who bought them keep access under the applicable terms.
