Frequently asked questions
How does course access work?
Each course has lessons. The first lesson of every course is a free preview and some courses are completely free. For the other lessons you can buy a single lesson (€4.99), buy the full course (€4.99 or €12.99 depending on the course) or subscribe to All Access, which unlocks the whole catalogue while your subscription is active. Lesson and course purchases give access with no time limit for as long as the platform and the content remain available.
What is the difference between free and paid content?
Free content (courses marked "FREE" and previews) is available to everyone, with or without an account. Paid content requires a purchase or an active subscription; access is checked on our server.
How much is All Access?
Launch price: €29.99/month until 09/01/2027. From that date all subscriptions renew at €39.99/month. There are no permanent discounts. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
What language are the videos in? Are there subtitles?
Each course shows its spoken language (e.g. 🇬🇧 EN). The current demo videos are in English. Whenever YouTube provides captions, the player opens with subtitles on in the site language (PT/EN/FR), usually auto-generated captions that may contain mistakes. You can filter the catalogue by spoken language.
How are creators paid?
A course’s list price is not what the creator receives. Each month, total revenue (subscriptions + purchases) minus the platform share (currently 30%) forms a creator pool, split by weighted watch time: complete views weigh more than partial ones and views under 10% do not count. There is no guaranteed income: payouts depend on total revenue and each creator’s viewing. See the Creator Terms.
How are payments processed?
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card details.
Can I get a refund?
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and its exception for digital content.
Are reviews real?
Yes. Only people who watched or bought a course can review it, and we do not publish made-up testimonials.
