Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 10/10/2026

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As an EU consumer you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason (Directive 2011/83/EU).

2. Exception for digital content

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (lessons, courses and the All Access subscription), the right of withdrawal ends once access begins, provided that before paying you (a) gave your prior express consent to immediate access and (b) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We ask for this consent with a checkbox before checkout, and you receive confirmation via the Stripe receipt/email.

Without that consent the purchase with immediate access cannot be completed.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel All Access at any time under My account → Manage subscription (Stripe’s secure portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period already paid; you keep access until then and there are no further renewals. No pro-rata refunds for partial months unless required by law.

4. When we refund

  • Duplicate charges or a technical fault preventing access that we cannot fix.
  • Content materially different from its description.
  • Whenever required by law (conformity of digital content, Directive (EU) 2019/770).

Send requests to contareels12026@gmail.com with your account email and payment reference. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe.

5. Payments

Payments are real and processed by Stripe; the refund and cancellation rules above apply.
