1. Who we are

The World Courses (“Platform”) is operated by Miguel Sequeira, self-employed (trabalhador independente), Sítio do Sobral, Ap. 53P, 8400-491 Porches, Portugal, tax ID (NIF) 260272167. Contact: contareels12026@gmail.com.

2. Account

You need an account with accurate details to buy, subscribe, review or publish. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Minimum age: 16 (or the digital-consent age in your country).

3. Content and licence

When you buy a lesson/course or subscribe, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to watch the content on the Platform. You may not download, copy, share your account or redistribute content. Some demo content is embedded from YouTube and belongs to its authors, credited on each course.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe. All Access renews monthly until cancelled; the launch price of €29.99/month applies until 09/01/2027, then €39.99/month.

5. Cancellation and refunds

See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must not bypass access controls, use bots to generate views, post fake reviews, harass other users or use the Platform unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

7. Reviews

Only people who watched or bought a course can review it. We may remove unlawful, abusive or off-topic reviews.

8. Availability and liability

We try to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Courses are educational and do not replace professional advice (e.g. medical, financial or mechanical). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes

We may change these terms; material changes will be notified with reasonable notice.

10. Governing law and disputes

Portuguese law applies, without prejudice to mandatory rules of the consumer’s country of residence. Consumers may use an alternative dispute resolution body (www.consumidor.gov.pt).
